Tampa Wedding Venues we LOVE

September 15, 2018

Time to show Tampa venues some love!

When it comes to planning your event, the venue is a vital part of the process. We at Graingertainment figured we would help you out by showing you what the city of Tampa has to offer.

The Oxford Exchange (www.oxfordexchange.com)

Since it’s construction in 1981, the Oxford Exchange has undergone several transformations. The space once thrived with local shops and businesses before spending decades being vacant and then brought back to life by a brother and sister.  Since re-opening the doors in 2012 with inspiration from historic clubs, libraries and shops of London the Oxford Exchange has hosted hundreds of private events and weddings. If you are looking for a one stop shop, this is your place. They handle everything from catering and bar needs to gift registries in The Shop.

Armature Works (www.armatureworks.com)

Another beautifully restored Tampa venue that dates all the way back to 1910 and was once the storage and maintenance facility for Tampa Electric’s (TECO) streetcars. The building was purchased by Tampa Armature Works in 1960 and has been repurposed to its originality, becoming the heart of the Heights neighborhood as a mixed-use commercial building. The 73,000 square foot space consists of the Heights Public Market, multiple event spaces, as well as a number of restaurants and bars.

Rialto Theatre (www.railtotampa.com)

The Rialto is full of charm and located in Tampa Heights with old brick walls and original brick and tile give hints to the time period in which it was created. They offer three main event spaces with over 27 foot ceilings that give your event an open feeling. With well-designed updates you can feel like you are living in the past and present all at once. This is the perfect place for an intimate wedding setting.

The Tampa Museum of Art (www.tampamuseum.org)

This 66,000 square-foot award winning building features an aluminum exterior, as well as translucent ceilings and polished floors. This place captures everything you could want when it comes to your wedding or party. It’s beautiful, has all the space you could dream of and is located on the waterfront with a gorgeous view. So what are you waiting for? Book one of Graingertainment’s amazing DJ’s today and party the night away.

The Vault (www.vaulttampacatering.com)

The Vault is yet another one of Tampa’s historical buildings from the early 1900’s that combines elegant architecture with a modern feel. The space can hold up to 300 guests for cocktail receptions and 200 for seated dinners. In addition to the over 6,000 square-foot interior, The Vault also offers a private park just outside the main entrance for use either before or after your main event. The floor to ceiling window walls are absolutely astonishing from both the main floor and the second floor mezzanine as well as the stunning views of the Tampa Bay skyline.
